Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our clients busy and varied team. This role is perfect for someone with solid previous office-based customer service experience who thrives in an ever-changing environment.
Key responsibilities include: *Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
*Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently
*Providing detailed product information and guidance
*Processing orders and managing customer accounts
*Coordinating with suppliers and participating in production meetings
*Performing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
Requirements: *Proven office-based customer service experience
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Teams
*Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
