*Montivated individual with attention to detail and accuracy
*Previous experience in a customer service or administration role (desirable but not essential)
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
