Finance Assistant
Norwich
£25k - £28k

As the Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for
- Analysing aged debtors and creditors
- Processing day-to-day transactions
- Performing month-end reconciliations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Processing payments efficiently
- Supporting the smooth operation of finance systems
- Managing and reconciling corporate credit cards
- Processing weekly timesheets
- Reconciling petty cash and receipts
- Preparing management information as needed
Person specification
- A collaborative team player who enjoys problem-solving and sharing knowledge
- Focused on ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks
- Strong understanding of accounting processes, including accruals and prepayments
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experienced in using inventory and stock control systems
- AAT Level 3 qualification or higher is preferred
- 2 years experience working in an accounts role
