Day to Day of the role: *Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
*Address customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and effectively.
*Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
*Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate to relevant departments when necessary.
*Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
*Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
*Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide the best support.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
*Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
*Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
