What You’ll Do:
*Assist in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans for students with SEND.
*Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students access the curriculum.
*Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to create an inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
*A caring and empathetic individual with experience working with SEND students.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to the needs of the students.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
