Internal Sales
Salary: £25,000-£30,000
Location: Hinckley
Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities of the Internal Sales role:
*Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
*Identify new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries and proactive outreach.
*Collaborate with the external sales team to support key accounts and close deals.
*Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
*Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and track sales performance.
Requirements of the ideal Internal Sales candidate:
*Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*A proactive, problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
*Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
*Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in MS Office.
