Job Title: Service Team Leader
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Competitive Salary - Dependant on experience
Hours of Work: 45 hours per week - 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday (with one-hour unpaid lunch) with 1 late night finish at 18:30 per week, Saturdays 08:00-14:00 on a rota basis

The Service Team Manager is responsible for every aspect of a customers After Sales experience. The main purpose of the role is to maximise workshop profitability whilst exceeding customer expectations and satisfaction.
Essential Skills Required:
*High levels of attention to detail and highly organised.
*Background in a similar role within the automotive industry.
*Knowledge of using Kerridge automotive computer system is essential.
*Experience of anticipating and understanding customer needs and demands
