Job Description:
Are you an experienced Surveyor working in the construction sector looking to make a mark with a respected industry leader? We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Surveyor to join this team that works with both residential and commercial clients in Salisbury, Bath and Winchester.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience. This is a Monday to Friday role working full time hours and a company vehicle is included as part of the package.
Key Responsibilities of the Surveyor will include:
*Conduct detailed site surveys for projects, ensuring precise measurements and assessments.
*Provide clients with expert technical advice and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
*Collaborate with installation teams and project managers to guarantee smooth project execution.
*Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation following site visits.
*Ensure all projects comply with building regulations and company quality standards.
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service at every step.
Skills & Experience Required:
*Proven experience in construction, shopfitting, glazing or a related field.
*Strong understanding of building regulations and site safety practices.
*Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements.
*Clear and effective communication skills, both with clients and internal teams.
*Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
