LB306 - Fire Risk Assessor
Location: South London
Salary: £50,000 + Company Vehicles
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Fire Risk Assessor on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration:
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Carry out suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments recording all significant findings using the app.
*Carry out quality control processes using the RMS software package.
*Carry out comprehensive fire door inspections at a range of client sites.
*Manage own time and travel to ensure work commitments are achieved.
*Communicate effectively with management team to enable effective time and workload management.
*Complete all company required administration such as expenses, mileage and leave requests in a timely and effective manner.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Level 3 fire safety qualification or equivalent.
*Ability to use a smart phone application.
*Basic IT literacy skills.
*Good standard of written English to enable report writing.
*Smart presentable appearance.
*Full British driving licence.
*Third party accreditation with industry recognised body i.e., IFE, IFSM, FPA.
*Fire door inspection qualification i.e., C&G.
