Job Description:
Our client a global and expanding Law firm based in Leeds City Centre offices are looking for an Administrator to support a team and provide PA support at Partner level. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator who is ambitious candidate as the client offers a clear progression path and training and development opportunities.
Salary: £26,000
LS1 based - 3 days wfh 2 days in the office.
Your responsibilities-
* Writing standard letters and emails to clients

* Inbox management

* Invoicing/billing

* Answering phones and taking messages

* Booking travel/accommodation when required

* Diary management

* Reporting and document/file management

*Researching
About you-
*1+years of Administration experience, ideally from professional services / regulated business
*Professional manner.
*Can work towards deadlines.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Can work independently.
