HR Assistant | Harrow | ASAP Start
£15 - £17 an hour, depending on experience
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our vibrant secondary school in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team, contributing to the smooth operation of their HR department.
Key Requirements:
*Level 3 CIPD qualification (essential)
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in HR within a school setting
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*A positive, solution-focused approach to challenges
*Experience with school HR systems and compliance processes is a plus
Responsibilities Include:
*Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
*Managing staff records, contracts, and compliance
*Assisting with payroll and attendance management
*Providing administrative support to the HR Manager
*Ensuring the school complies with safeguarding and HR policies
