Salary: up to £35,000
Hours: full time, hybrid working available
This is an exciting opportunity for Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established, licensed practice based in the heart of Leeds city centre (salary up to £35,000 + benefits). You will manage a caseload of Sales and Purchase transactions from instruction through to completion and be supported by Conveyancing Assistants. Your duties will include:
*Liaising with clients, colleagues and third parties
*Preparation of Completion Statements on both sale and purchase matters
*Chasing monies and AML checks
You should have experience as a Conveyancer in Residential, with managing a caseload and title checking, along with excellent communication skills. This company offers an excellent benefits package and the option for a good work/life balance with flexible start and finish times.
