Job Title: Teaching Assistant (SEN and Challenging Behaviour)
Pay Rate: £92.53 - £96.28 per day
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Full-Time
Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work at an Independent School in Birmingham that caters to students aged 14-19 with Special Educational Needs and Challenging Behaviour.

Job Requirements:
*Experience supporting learners with Special Educational Needs
*Passion for working with students who face learning and behavioural challenges
*Knowledge of GCSE and Functional Skills English (supporting or teaching)
*Willingness to support or run enrichment programmes
*Minimum Level 4 qualification
This role involves supporting students in both GCSE and Functional Skills English lessons, running enrichment programmes, and assisting other students as needed. We are seeking someone who understands how young people learn and is enthusiastic about helping students with special needs thrive in their education.
