Job Description:
Our client, one of the UK’s most eminent designers and manufacturers in their field are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to join their highly successful team.
This is a newly created role, you will be managing all incoming enquiries via phone and email. It’s essential you will have excellent communication skills to build long term relationships as well as having strong administration skills, methodical and meticulous to deliver accurate pricing and track detailed orders.
Fully office based in High Wycombe, salary £27,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Duties:
*Receiving inbound telesales enquiries via phone and email
*Respond with accurate pricing and product information
*Work alongside the estimating team on technical pricing enquiries
*Pro-actively follow up estimates until conversion
*Track and manage live enquires from estimate to order, project managing any delays or changes
*Identifying sales leads through desktop research
*Sales admin support to include order processing, CRM management
Skills and Experience required:
*High energy, passionate, collaborative, tenacious and resilient
*Inquisitive, innovative and problem-solving personality
*Drive and ambition to take responsibility for the role
*Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
*Confidence and capability to engage with people at all levels
*Excellent organisational and time management capability
*Ability to collaborate with team members
