Employment Solicitor
*Annual Salary: Up to £80,000 (depending on experience)
*Location: Guildford, Surrey
*Job Type: Flexible working (Office / Hybrid inline with current working from home policy)
We are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join our award-winning team. This role offers a fantastic “hit the ground running” opportunity to manage an existing book of clients and a substantial workload. The business is renowned for its strong reputation in building long-term relationships with clients, including large international organisations (from household-name retailers to charities), non-UK businesses sending skilled workers to the UK, fast growth SMEs in the technology and media sectors, and senior executives in the financial services sector.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage and advise on a wide range of employment law matters.
*Provide legal support and guidance to clients across various sectors.
*Handle caseloads efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
*Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored legal solutions.
*Participate in business development activities to maintain and expand the client base.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Employment Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
*Proven experience in employment law, handling a diverse range of cases.
*Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
