Job Description:
This role requires a bilingual (French Speaking) Transactions/Accounts Payable Deputy Manager who can effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting and finance team in the property sector. The successful candidate will be adept at handling financial transactions, managing accounts payable, and leading a team to meet company goals.

Description
*Oversee the daily operations of the accounting and finance team
*Manage the accounts payable function to ensure timely and accurate payments
*Monitor financial transactions and prepare regular financial reports
*Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
*Work closely with other departments to improve financial efficiency
*Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
*Provide leadership, direction and management to the finance team
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the property industry
Profile
A successful Transactions/Accounts Payable Deputy Manager should have:
*A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
*French Speaking
*Experience managing an Accounts Payable or Accounting team
*Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
*Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
*The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
