Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We are excited to offer a Temporary Administrator opportunity with one of our clients who are based in North of Milton Keynes. You do not need office experience fo this role, just a keen eye for detail and strong data entry skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• - Process incoming invoices from service partners and customers.
• - Scan, save, and accurately document all processed invoices.
• - Assist in resolving invoice-related queries.
• - Work with the Finance team to track and follow up on missing or queried invoices.
• - Support the administration team with general office tasks.
• - Reconcile supplier statements to ensure timely payments and accurate records.
Skills Desired:
• Proficient in basic computer functions and familiar with financial software systems.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
