Job Description:
AdministratorMy client is seeking a Technical Administrator to provide essential support to their team of field-based Lifetime Mortgage Advisers. This role is crucial in ensuring that the client journey remains smooth and efficient. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.Day-to-day of the role:
*Print and post letters to clients, ensuring timely dispatch and accuracy.
*Perform general administrative duties to ensure all paperwork for client applications is completed and checked.
*Make calls to external parties such as lenders and solicitors to chase outstanding information or request updates on document timescales.
*Keep Advisers updated on the progress of cases, ensuring they are notified promptly.
*Manage workloads effectively to meet case deadlines and adhere to internal task lists.
*Monitor and manage a busy mailbox that receives emails regarding ongoing and completed applications.
*Organise, move, and archive client files in SharePoint, maintaining a high level of data accuracy and accessibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a technical or financial setting.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, especially SharePoint.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.

*Part-time (20 hours per week)

*Annual Salary: £11897.60 (£23795.20)
*20 days annual leave (pro rata) + bank holidays
