Onsite – Colton, Leeds
£40,000 - £50,000 Plus 30 days holiday & much more!

I am seeking a highly communicative & technical Platform / Software Support Specialist to join a market-leading SaaS platform!
They have built an online marketplace that offers its consumers direct access to the best heating/utilities products on the market, and have successfully installed over 150,000 products so far

They are seeking to hire an individual with strong technical support skills to play key role in the ongoing maintenance & support of their software platform.

Key Responsibilities:
*Assist customers in solving problems related to product features, platform usability, technical issues, product performance, and time-sensitive inquiries.
*Triaging incoming tickets, performing analysis, and resolving customer issues
*Be the 1st point of contact for users and bridge the gap between them and the software development teams.
*Database querying
*Troubleshoot & debug code
Who We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience providing 1st/ 2nd line support for software platforms / applications – ideally built using Ruby
*Excellent communication & customer service skills
*Experience working on SaaS / PaaS based systems & applications such as Heroku.
*SQL / NoSQL database experience.
*Natural curiosity and interest in ongoing learning of new tools & technologies.
