Vacancy: SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Wimbledon, SW19
Salary: OTE £35 - £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a forward-thinking Estate & Lettings Agency in Wimbledon.
We are looking for a fabulous, multi-skilled dynamic individual to fill this role but experience in a single discipline and a desire to learn will also be considered.
You will need to have a great track record in Residential Sales and / or Lettings.  You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build a good rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.
You need to be able to work independently as well as working as part of a team. You will thrive in a target driven industry and work well in a pressurised environment.

The Company: Our client is long established Independent Sales and Lettings agency that offer a wide range of property services with several offices across South-West London.
Skills required for this Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:
*Experience in Residential Sales and / or Lettings
*Superb selling and negotiation skills
*Thorough knowledge of the lettings and sales processes
*High level of customer service skills
*An exemplary telephone manner
*Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
*Knowledge of the Wimbledon area helpful
*Full UK Driving License essential
*Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
