Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading building products manufacturer based in Pontefract to recruit a Production Manager.
Our client is a family run business that is looking for a Production Manager, with proven leadership experience to take responsibility for their Timber and PVC factories.
Responsibilities of the Production Manager will include:
*Plan and control factory workload and workforce to ensure maximum efficiency
*Ensure Health and Safety procedures are adhered to at all times
*Responsible for a multi skilled flexible workforce
*Oversee and audit the quality of all products
*Manage and motivate a team of operatives
*Create and review standard operating procedures
*Plan work and material requirements to meet production needs
We are keen to speak with Production Managers with the following:
*Previous management experience within a Timber or PVC manufacturing environment 
*Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and able to motivate and direct a team
*Must be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
*Good I.T. skills
