Have you had experience as a Housing Supply Manager? Have you had experience managing a team of housing supply, allocation and register officers? I’m excited to be able to recruit for a London Authority who are looking for an experienced manager to join the highly capable Housing Supply Team.
Duties Include:
*Management of comments on planning applications about: affordable housing provision, availability, and delivering part VI asessments around allocation of properties.
*Working with local community groups and the voluntary sector to deliver affordable housing via Community Land Trusts, local housing co-operatives and Alms-houses.
*Working with the two development officers on the disposal of small parcels of HRA land & HRA properties.
*Working with the Housing New Supply Manager on the management of planning applications by partner organisations.
