Job Description:
Our Client a Independent Prep school based in Clapham seek a Temporary Admin Manager to join their team.
Core Duties will include the following:
To provide effective and efficient management of the School Office.
• To provide comprehensive administration support to the school community.
• To ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and accreditation requirements.
• To ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular checks for quality assurance and improvement, focussing on safeguarding policies and procedures, Health and Safety and First Aid.
• In this role you will be required to act as Health and Safety Officer (training will be provided).
• To liaise with IT leaders to ensure efficient use of school data management systems.
• To manage the I.T provision across the school, working with onsite engineer to ensure all IT equipment and resources are in perfect working order.
• To manage weekly I.T meetings with I.T engineer, Headmaster and Principal.
• To act as School Data Protection Officer (training will be provided).
• To work closely with Admissions, I.T and other departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
• To manage suppliers to the school, liaising with suppliers regarding orders and queries. Ensuring the school is stocked with all necessary supplies.
• To administer specific accounting duties, working with the Bursar’s Office.
• To assist the activity week coordinator with the school’s holiday activity weeks, coordinating logistics, staff, entertainments and attendance schedules.
• To provide PA support to the School Principal. • To assist the Principal in coordinating staff and parent social events.
