Role Overview:
An international law firm is seeking a Healthcare Data Protection Solicitor to provide expert legal advice to healthcare clients on GDPR, data protection, and information governance matters. This role involves advising on patient confidentiality, data breaches, and compliance with healthcare-specific regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Advise healthcare clients on data protection, GDPR, and privacy law compliance.
*Manage data breaches, investigations, and ICO reporting.
*Draft and review data protection policies and agreements.
*Assist with subject access requests (SARs) and regulatory investigations.
Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor (2+ years PQE) with experience in data protection and privacy law.
*Expertise in GDPR and healthcare data protection issues.
*Strong client relationship and communication skills.
