Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organised Customer Service Coordinator to join our client’s Customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: *Call Management: Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls promptly and professionally.
*Customer Assistance: Provide accurate information, assistance, and support to customers regarding products and services.
*Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department as needed.
*Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
*Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are resolved and maintain customer satisfaction.
*Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
*Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report to management for continuous improvement.
*Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
