Position: Metal Fabrication Technician.
Salary: £18-21 per hour, depending on experience.
Location: Cheltenham.

We are looking for two skilled Sheet Metal Workers with experience in thin gauge aluminium, steel, and titanium to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Interpret technical drawings and instructions to fabricate sheet metal products accurately.
*Set up and operate fabricating machines and hand tools for cutting, bending, and straightening metal materials.
*Shape sheet metal over anvils, blocks, or custom forms to achieve precise dimensions and smooth finishes.
*Assist in training new or less experienced team members as needed.
*Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety procedures.
*Participate in external audits and engage in internal audits and process improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills and Experience:
*Proficiency with shrinkers, stretchers, straighteners, English wheels, and rollers for part profile creation.
*Strong understanding of metal behaviour during forming processes.
*Experience working with titanium, steel, and aluminium.
*Panel beating skills.
*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documentation.
*Familiarity with first-off inspection procedures.
