Job Description:
Overview We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer with expertise in the security industry to join our leading manufacturer team. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000, a bonus structure, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, car allowance, death in service benefit, and more.
Responsibilities *Act as the technical expert in pre-sales activities, assisting the sales team in presenting solutions to potential clients
*Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and field engineers
*Conduct site surveys to assess client requirements and propose appropriate security solutions
*Deliver training sessions to internal teams and clients on the features and benefits of our security products
*Provide project support by assisting with the design and implementation of security solutions
*Represent the company as a subject matter expert at industry events and client meetings
Qualifications *Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or similar role within the security industry
*In-depth knowledge of video surveillance systems and other security technologies
*Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Ability to lead and manage projects from conception to completion
*Relevant certifications in security technologies are a plus
Day-to-day *Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical expertise in pre-sales activities
*Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather technical requirements and propose appropriate security solutions
*Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients
*Assist in the design and implementation of security solutions
*Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams
