Click Mortgages are seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join this specialist brokerage that is Directly Authorised by the FCA, focussing on helping clients obtain a mortgage when they have had past credit problems. We have too many leads to deal with and need advisers to enable us to grow.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to give quality advice in a specialist sector covering both mortgage and associated protection sales. We are a small, well established business and the successful candidate will play a key role in the future expansion plans with full recognition and significant rewards for success. The position is ideally office based but remote working can be considered working Monday to Friday with the advice being given on a telephone based service.
All Leads and full administration support will be provided.

Experience & Skills:
You will need to hold CeMAP or equivalent, ideally CAS status with at least one year of broking experience.
Ability to quickly develop strong client relationships
Possess problem solving skills
Highly motivated with a commitment to succeed
The successful candidate will receive a very competitive salary up to £45,000pa dependent upon experience, along with uncapped bonuses leading to very high rewards with first year OTE £85,000+. You will have the security of being fully employed whilst receiving very high rewards for your success.
