Job Description:
Job Title: Serviced Accommodation Property Manager
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £30,000
Hours: Mon-9am-5am, and Tue, Weds, Thurs, Friday 9:30am-5:30am
Weekend Hours: Every third Saturday 10-2pm (working from home)
Are you an experienced Property Manager or Lettings Professional, Property Portfolio Manager, or Service Accommodation Manager looking for a new challenge with a leading independent estate agent? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Our client, a reputable independent estate agent, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to join their team. This role offers a great salary with a realistic OTE.

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a Portfolio: Oversee a diverse portfolio of 45 service accommodations, gradually expanding
*Managing guests
*Compliance management
*Stock Management for cleaners
*Communication with platforms (Air BnB Booking.com)
*Managing a team of 3 cleaners on a day to day
*Management of landlords and communicating where needed
*inspections of the propertyeis to keep them maintained.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Proven experience in property management or residential lettings or service accommodation
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*A valid UK driving license.
