Financial Adviser (Office-Based) – Established Client Portfolio with Room to Grow

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Discretionary Bonus
We are representing an independent financial advisory firm that is seeking a proactive Financial Adviser to manage a portfolio of clients. This is an office-based role designed for an adviser who enjoys relationship management and wants to play a key part in a small, hands-on team.

Your Role:
*Provide comprehensive financial advice to an existing client portfolio, maintaining long-term relationships and supporting their financial goals.
*Contribute to the smooth running of the practice by assisting with some administrative tasks as needed.
*Work closely with a small, focused team and the Director to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.
*Play an active part in achieving company targets and growing the business.
What We’re Looking For:
*Qualifications: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
*Experience: Proven track record in an IFA or wealth management role, with strong client management skills.
*Attitude: A self-motivated, team-oriented adviser who is willing to fully contribute to an office-based environment and take on a variety of tasks.
