KS2 Teacher - Welwyn
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established primary school in Welwyn for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 teacher to cover maternity leave from January 2024 to July 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled educator to join a dynamic and supportive school community known for its commitment to collaboration and professional development.
The Role:
As a KS2 Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:
*Delivering high-quality lessons to ensure strong learning outcomes for all students.
*Managing classroom activities, tracking student progress, and offering feedback to support ongoing improvement.
*Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment in line with the school’s ethos.
*Working collaboratively with colleagues across the school to enhance curriculum development and best practices.
The Ideal Candidate:
The school is seeking a teacher who:
*Is enthusiastic, caring, and has high expectations for both students and their own professional standards.
*Possesses strong communication skills and enjoys working within a collaborative team.
*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has a proven track record of delivering good or outstanding teaching.
*Has a thorough understanding of the National Curriculum and modern teaching methods.
Applications are welcome from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). The role is full-time, though part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
