Interim Finance Manager
London - 5 Days on Site
Salary: up to £70,000

Elevation Recruitment Groups’ Senior Interim Finance Division are proud to be working exclusively with a highly-established, leading retailer as they look to recruit a Finance Manager into their finance function, initially on a 3–6-month Contract, with the view to going permanent thereafter; to be based at their London office.

The Finance Manager’s duties will include:
*Managing all Finance and day-to-day accounting operations
*Preparing budgets and financial forecasts and report variances 
*Updating SLT report monthly with store sales targets
*Preparing monthly consolidated management accounts 
*Business and data analysis and preparation of business KPI’s
*Managing and mentoring a team of 3 in the finance department 
*Reviewing the weekly preparation of cash flow forecast and managing the company cash position
*Reviewing Balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
*Support the business with the financial strategy and decision-making processes
*Planning and coordinating audits and preparation of year-end statutory accounts
*Streamlining and improving all operations and accounting systems
Key Skills & Experience required:
*Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA Accountant 
*A minimum of 1-2 years post qualified experience
*Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
*Clear knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
*Strong business acumen, and the ability to influence people at all levels
