Are you searching for a new role with a focus on customer experience

Join our client’s friendly team on a six-month fixed term contract, where providing outstanding service is their priority.

Key Responsibilities:
*Act as the primary contact for queries
*Resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate records
*Handle client communications via email and web chat
*Efficiently manage and dispatch necessary documentation
*Be the first point of contact for occasional complaints that are raised
