Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 (OTE up to £45,000)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM / One in 3 Saturdays
  
About the Role:
An exciting and unique chance has emerged for a Vehicle Technician to become part of a highly-regarded, family-operated main dealership in Epsom. Our client highly values their staff and is dedicated to fostering their development through ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Whether you’re a newly qualified Technician, an experienced professional, or moving from an independent garage to a main dealership environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:
*NVQ Level 3 or equivalent certification in vehicle maintenance and repair
*F Gas Certification
*MOT Tester Licence (preferred but not mandatory—training provided)
*Hybrid and electric vehicle training (advantageous but not required—training provided)
*Competence in servicing, repairs, and diagnostic tasks
*Personal tools and ability to thrive in a workshop setting
*Valid UK driving licence
Key Responsibilities:
*Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on customer, sales, and company vehicles
*Replace clutches, gearboxes, and engines when necessary
*Perform vehicle video health checks, promoting honest upselling opportunities
*Comply with current health and safety standards
*Collaborate effectively within a team
