Job Opportunity: Internal Sales Executive

Location: West Midlands, UK
Salary: £24-28k + Commission.

Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in providing doors and screens to the healthcare sector, is expanding into new markets and international territories. As part of this exciting growth phase, they are seeking a proactive and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement: Support in driving the company’s sales goals, helping to achieve a target of £15 million by 2026.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with new business opportunities within the healthcare sector and beyond.
4. Market Expansion: Contribute to the company’s expansion into new markets, offering innovative solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
5. Sales Administration: Manage sales processes and documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in customer orders and inquiries.
6. Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with the sales team, supporting the achievement of collective goals and sharing best practices.
7. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product range to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to customers.
8. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-focused role, ideally within manufacturing or a related industry.
