Permanent Position - Paid to Scale + SEN Allowance
We are seeking an outstanding, enthusiastic, and passionate SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team in Wellingborough. Key Responsibilities:
*Teach across a range of subjects to students with a variety of special educational needs.
*Develop and deliver personalized learning plans to meet individual student needs.
*Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for students.
*Provide a supportive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic and personal growth.
Candidate Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Experience working with students with special educational needs.
*Strong classroom management skills and the ability to tailor teaching methods to suit the learner.
*Passion for SEN education and a commitment to student well-being and progress.
Benefits:
*Part-time position (0.6 FTE).
*Competitive salary paid to scale, with an additional SEN allowance.
