What will I be doing?
As a Resident Vocalist Entertainer, you will be responsible for creating a fun and joyful atmosphere for all our guests. Whether it’s hosting quizzes, leading dance classes, organising fun activities, singing and dancing in highly produced production shows and cabarets, you will be the life of the party ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities
*Engage and interact with guests to create a fun and memorable holiday experience.
*Performing in solo and group cabaret and high-quality production shows.
*Hosting various entertainment activities such as multimedia quizzes, walks, hotel tours and games from the What’s On program to ensure guests can enjoy their holiday to the full, in line with training and company standards.
*Help to plan and coordinate special events and activities.
*Lead dance classes and encourage guest participation.
*Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.
*Help to set up and maintain equipment and supplies for entertainment activities and cover the techinician in their absence.
*Provide exceptional guest service by promptly addressing guest requests and concerns.
*Developing both your people and product knowledge skills to deliver truly joyful moments.
*Promoting sales through superior service aiming to exceed our guest’s needs and expectations on a daily basis.
*Work with the team to keep all backstage, onstage and entertainment areas clean, presentable and safe at all times.
*Maintain and store your uniform and costumes in the correct / directed manner including regular washing and repairs.
*To attend scheduled rehearsals as and when required and also refresh material in your own time if needed to make sure all content is delivered to the highest standards.
