Recruitment Business Partner
Location: Midlands (Hybrid with 1-2 days of travel per week)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Plus £5k Car Allowance

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our client’s HR team as a Recruitment Business Partner. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that support their ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
*Collaborate closely with our Head of HR to build and develop a world-class recruitment function.
*Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
*Source and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
*Support managers to conduct interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
*Support with the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer acceptance.
*Provide guidance on compensation and benefits packages.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
*Analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
*Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner or similar role.
*Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong organizational and time management skills.
*Passion for building a high-performing recruitment function.
