Job Description:
We are working with a dynamic, boutique Independent IFA firm in London that is expanding and seeking a skilled Senior IFA Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in Wealth Management, with the added benefit of a flexible hybrid working arrangement. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to Directors and Advisers across pensions, investments, and protection, as well as liaising with third-party providers, handling illustrations, Letters of Authority (LOAs), valuations, and managing client relationships. The role is varied, fast-paced, and offers the chance to work closely with a talented and ambitious group of professionals.
The company offers an excellent work environment with a strong culture of collaboration and support, along with a busy social calendar throughout the year. Once the probationary period is completed, you’ll have the option to work in a hybrid model, with 2-3 days in the office and the rest working from home. The firm provides excellent benefits, including full study support to help you grow, develop your skills, and reach your career aspirations. To be considered for this role, you will need at least two years of experience as an Administrator in Wealth Management, strong communication skills, and familiarity with various platforms and systems used in the financial services sector.
If you’re seeking a new and exciting challenge in Wealth Management, please send your CV to Joanna Clark at Financial Divisions.
