Job Description:

My client is seeking a Financial Administrator to work alongside Financial Advisers, Analysts, and the Client Support Team to deliver exceptional end-to-end service. This role is ideal for a highly professional individual with a keen eye for detail, who thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift to meet the time-sensitive needs of clients.
For candidates demonstrating exceptional skills, there are opportunities for progression to senior administrator, paraplanner, or financial adviser roles. This company is committed to employee development and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide exceptional client service, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships
*Prepare documentation packs for advisers ahead of client reviews and meetings
*Process letters of authority and manage information requests
*Maintain accurate and updated client records, including data entry and file management
*Gather portfolio and fund performance data from platforms
*Prepare client correspondence, including letters and emails
*Assist with incoming and outgoing post
*Maintain office supplies, including stationery and branded materials
*Ensure financial transactions are accurate and FCA-compliant
*Arrange client meetings and provide timely updates on case statuses
*Share responsibility for answering inbound calls and greeting visitors
*Contribute to project work and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed
The ideal candidate will possess a polite and professional demeanour, along with excellent telephone communication skills. Strong written communication abilities, including accurate grammar, are essential. Applicants should be educated to A-Level standard or have equivalent work experience in technical processing. Experience in Financial Services or client servicing roles is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and while experience with Intelliflo is helpful, it is not mandatory. The ability to quickly learn new technical systems and product knowledge is crucial. Candidates must demonstrate high attention to detail and possess excellent organisational skills. A self-motivated attitude, along with energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility, is important, as is the capacity to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
