We at Term Time Teachers are working with a range of vibrant and forward-thinking schools across Kent, East Sussex and the Bromley area. Having been around for over 20 years, we have built some incredible relationships over the years which is why we are their first point of contact.
As a Science Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality science education across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach A-levels for the right candidates. Joining us as a Science Teacher, we will make sure to place you in a school that has supportive and collaborative faculties, and who are committed to helping you with continuous professional development and the pursuit of academic excellence.
Responsibilities of a Science Teacher:
*Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
*Develop and implement schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
*Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
*Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
*Participate in extracurricular activities, such as science clubs or field trips, to enhance the student learning experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
*A degree in Science or a related field.
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.
