Job Description:

OVERVIEW:
•Providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients in various aspects of private client law, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
•Managing a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively.
•Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.
•Drafting legal documents and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
•Conducting legal research and staying up to date with relevant legislation and case law.
•Collaborating effectively with colleagues and supporting other team members when necessary.
•Applications are open to qualified solicitors or legal executives with at least 12 months’ experience in a similar role.
•This role is office based with some flexibility for hybrid working.
