Behaviour Mentor Wanted - Join Our Secondary School in Newham!
Are you passionate about working with young people and making a positive impact on their lives? We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team and help support our students in overcoming challenges, building resilience, and achieving success.
Location: Secondary School, Newham, East London
Position: Behaviour Mentor (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide 1:1 and group mentoring to students who need additional behavioural support

*Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create tailored behaviour plans
*Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and families

*Experience working with young people, particularly those with behavioural needs
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A patient, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach
*Ability to manage challenging behaviour and build positive relationships with students
*Commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
