Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer (180 Recruitment)
Location: Cambridge
Position Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: 24K + Commision

Key Responsibilities:
*Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
*Screen and shortlist candidates for roles in Special Needs Schools.
*Conduct initial interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable positions.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
*Assist with the coordination of interviews and follow-up processes.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
*Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*A proactive and positive attitude.
*Degree in Management / HR
