Job Description:
Job Title: Part Time Administration Assistant
*Hours:Part-Time (20-25 hours per week, negotiable for the successful applicant)
*Salary:Up to £13 per hour
*Location:Office-based in the NN10 area
 
Key Requirements:
*Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
*Previous experience in an administrative role preferably in the Manufacturing or Engineering industry
*Good excel skills
 
Duties Include:
*Booking hotels and arranging other travel logistics
*Creating formal estimates and quotations for submission to customer-based engineers
*Entering jobs onto the work calendar
*Communicating effectively with customers via phone and email
*Tracking customer ordering profiles to monitor consumable orders
*Proactively reviewing the customer database and emailing customers to suggest machine servicing
 
Qualifications:
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 
Benefits: -

Up to £13 per hour (Permanent position)
Hours 20 - 25 per week (Can be a mix of full days/half days/school hours - flexible fixed schedule for the right candidate)
33 days annual leave (pro rata)
