Totum Partners is delighted to be working with a leading law firm that is recruiting for a billing administrator.
The ideal Billing Administrator will be responsible for:
*Monitoring Partner & client portfolio of bills
*Requesting Ad-hoc proformas and generating reports
*Amending proformas and input billing guide amendments
*Review time narratives for accuracy of recording
*Forwarding billing guides to alternative reviewers and editors
*Dealing with the volume of invoices & billing related queries
*Preparation of narratives and fee breakdowns
*Preparation of covering documents for dispatch on generated bills
*Facilitating the dispatch of bills to clients in line with the client’s
*Liaising with the eBilling team to provide billing guidelines
The ideal Billing Administrator will have:
*Experience working in a Law firm or Professional Services
*Good written and verbal communication skills,
*Able to communicate at all levels, a confident, professional telephone manner
*Proficient in MS Excel and Word
