Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Team Leader to oversee the customer service team in our Transport & Distribution department. The successful candidate will manage, inspire, and lead a team to achieve set sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
*Lead and manage the Telesales team to deliver exceptional service.
*Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
*Providing continuous assistance to team members handling orders, complaints, and delivery challenges.
*Generating regular reports for senior management to track sales and identify slow-moving items.
*Maintaining frequent communication with customers via email, phone, or in-person visits to nurture relationships and resolve any concerns.
*Conducting an annual customer satisfaction survey, analysing feedback, and implementing improvement strategies based on the results.
*Handle complex customer service issues and oversee resolution.
*Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company objectives.
*Conduct regular team meetings to ensure sales targets are met.
*Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
*Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills.
*Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
*Generate reports on sales metrics and present them to senior management.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities.
Profile
A successful Telesales Manager should have:
*Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a customer managerial position
*Strong abilities to communicate with team
*Have strong leadership skills and have the ability to motivate and direct other team members
*Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Have strong attention to detail
*Work well within a fast-paced environment
*Proven experience in a telesales or customer service role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
*Excellent leadership and team management skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

*An estimated salary range of £29,700 - £34,300 per annum.
