My client is a well-established, legal 500 law firm on the lookout for a  conveyancing fee earner to join their office in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.
*Provide expert legal advice on conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leases.
*Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
*Ensure all conveyancing activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
*Drive business development efforts, including maintaining existing client relationships and fostering new ones.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Qualified Solicitor/ Conveyancer (NQ plus)
*Excellent knowledge of residential property law.
*Exceptional communication and client-handling skills.
*Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Proficient in using case management systems and legal software.
