As Operations Manager / General Manager, you’ll enjoy autonomy, managing and motivating a team of Project / Operations Managers, and Site Crews whilst driving strategic decisions which positively influence the P&L.
 
What you’ll need
*Proven experience in a management/leadership role overseeing a P&L.
*Experience in developing strategic / business plans.
*Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisation and leadership skills
*Previous experience within events / event-based logistics.
 
Other Information 
*A basic salary of up to 65k + bonus
*Company car or cash allowance on passing the probationary period
*40hrs per week – Monday to Friday (8 – 5pm)

*25 days holiday + bank holidays
