Aspire People is on the lookout for exceptional SEND Teachers to work in specialist schools across Shrewsbury. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to students with a range of learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to individual student needs.
* Develop and implement IEPs.
* Collaborate with support staff and therapists to ensure a holistic approach to education.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience working in a SEND environment.
* Strong knowledge of SEND practices and legislation.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
